Technical support for StressCheck software is available in the U.S. by telephone and Email between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Additionally, WebEx sessions and customized help videos are available upon request (allow at least one to two business days).

Helpful Hints and Tips

Helpful Hints and Tips documents are now available in the Resource Library.  These documents each target a specific strategy or method when utilizing StressCheck, and are continuously improved. To recommend a Helpful Hints and Tips topic, submit to Support.


Issue Reporting & Feature Requests

We strongly encourage StressCheck users to contact ESRD Technical Support if defects are encountered.  Technical Support will promptly submit defects to StressCheck development for improving the next release.  Additionally, features or recommendations to improve the software may be submitted to Technical Support at any time.
