ESRD offers three types of consulting services.

Engineering Consulting

ESRD offers complete engineering consulting services including proposal preparation and full documentation of the analysis performed.   We have licensed Professional Engineers on staff as well as two Professors from Washington University School of Mechanical Engineering.   Consulting services include the use of classical hand analysis and finite element analysis methods to obtain the engineering value(s) of interest.   Contact us at consulting@esrd.com to inquire about consulting fees.

Enhancements to StressCheck

User's are encouraged to request enhancements to StressCheck at any time by sending an email to support@esrd.com.   Enhancement requests will be assigned a priority based on the general interest of the StressCheck user community and implemented when time and resources are available.   If an enhancement is of particular importance, it is possible to have the functionality added to StressCheck in a timely manner by funding a development contract.   If the requested feature is of sufficient interest to the general StressCheck user community, ESRD may consider rebating the cost of the development back to the contractor in the form of rebates or discounts to be applied to future purchases of StressCheck software licenses.

ESRD has responded to many customer enhancement requests, a few of which are listed below:

- Automated Coldworking Analysis
- Thin Solid Elements
- Margin Check Analysis
- Laminated Properties in Cylindrical Coordinates
- J1 Failure Criteria for Composites
- Global/Local analysis
- Incremental Theory of Plasticity

Application Development

ESRD will develop customized engineering tools powered by FEA that can be stand-alone desktop applications or analysis tools that are deployed via Internet through web pages.   Contact your ESRD sales representative (sales@esrd.com) to learn more about the many different types of applications developed by ESRD, or to discuss an application development contract for your business needs.
