StressCheck Tutorial: Modeling Spline-Shaped Thru Cracks
Abstract: Modeling and automeshing of spline-shaped thru cracks for a 2D plate with offset holes. The crack shapes were generated by creating points at specific locations on each side of the holes, then fitting splines through the points. The splines were then imprinted on the plate, and automeshed using the Crack Edge method.
